利培酮和奎硫平治疗精神分裂症对比观察

目的:探讨利培酮和奎硫平治疗精神分裂症对比效果。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的精神分裂症患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为奎硫平组和利培酮组。结果:奎硫平组临床治疗总有效率明显高于利培酮组,奎硫平组临床治疗后TESS评分明显优于利培酮组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:奎流平治疗精神分裂症患者的临床疗效明显,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Risperidone and Quetiapine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia Contrast Observation

Objective:risperidone and quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia contrasts.Methods:Retrospective analysis,analysis of patients with schizophrenia in our hospital clinical data,according to treatment group were divided into quetiapine and risperidone groups.Results:The clinical results of treatment of quetiapine was significantly higher than the total risperidone group,the clinical treatment of quetiapine group was better than after the TESS score after treatment in the risperidone group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Kui leveling the clinical efficacy of the treatment of schizophrenia patients was significantly less adverse reaction,is worthy of clinical application.
