榄香烯联合紫杉醇/替加氟治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效观察

目的观察榄香烯联合紫杉醇/替加氟(FT-207)治疗晚期食管癌患者的临床疗效。方法 36例晚期食管癌随机分为两组,每组各18例,单纯化疗组:紫杉醇135 mg.m-2静滴第1天,加替加氟静滴80 mg.m-2第1～5天,21 d为1个周期。联合化疗组:化疗方案同单纯化疗组,另加榄香烯500 mg静滴第1～14天。观察两组病人疗效、不良反应、生活质量的改善情况。结果单纯化疗组有效率38.9%,联合化疗组有效率50.0%;联合化疗组Ⅲ～Ⅳ度白细胞总数减少、恶心、呕吐及均低于单纯化疗组(P0.05)。生活状况改善率单纯化疗组44.4%,联合化疗组55.6%,两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论榄香烯联合紫杉醇/替加氟治疗晚期食管癌,能够提高化疗疗效,减轻化疗毒副作用,改善晚期食管癌患者的生活质量。

Clinical observation of elemene combined with paclitaxel/tegafur in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma

Objective To observe the clinical effect of elemene combined with paclitaxel/tegafur concurrent chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods A total of 36 advanced esophageal carcinoma patients were divided randomly into two groups: one is pure chemotherapy(PC) group.Eighteen advanced esophageal carcinoma patients were treated with paclitaxel 135 mg·m-2 drips in the first day and tegafur 80 mg·m-2 drips d1~5,repeated for three weeks),and the other is combined chemotherapy(CC) group.(Chemotherapy is the same to the pure chemotherapy group,and plus elemene 500 mg iv.drop,day 1~14,repeated for three weeks).Efficacies,toxicities and the quality of life were all analyzed and compared after chemotherapy.Results The response rate was 38.9% in PC group,and 50.0% in CC group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The toxicity in PC group was more severe than that in CC group(P<0.05),and the rate of life quality improvement was significantly different between the two groups(the PC 44.4%,the CC 55.6%,P<0.05).Conclusion Elemene combined with paclitaxel/tegafur concurrent chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma patients is safe and effective,and it can release the side effects of chemotherapy and improve their quality of life.
