| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨参地益阴胶囊对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖、血脂等指标的影响。方法:对我院62例2型糖尿病患者,服用参地益阴胶囊1.4g/次,分3次/d于餐时服用,共治疗4周。治疗前后各查血糖、血脂和糖化血红蛋白各项指标。结果:治疗后显效46例,有效10例,总有效率为90.32%;FPG、2hPG、TC、TG、LDL-C和HbA1c明显降低(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:参地益阴胶囊有效降低FBG、2hPG、TC、TG、LDL-C及HbA1c含量,但对HDL-C无明显影响,值得推广临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To reserarch the influence of Shendi Yiyin capsule on blood glucose and blood lipids in T2DM mellitus. Methods: 62 patients with T2DM, were treated with Shendi Yiyin capsules, 1.4g every time, three times a day. Check FPG, 2hPG, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and HbA1c before and after treatment. Results: Markedly in 46 cases, effective in 10 cases, the total effective rate was 90.32%. FPG, 2h PG, TC, TG, LDL-C and HbA1c was decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: The effects of Shendi Yiyin capsule on blood glucose and blood lipids are one of the important mechanisms. |
