地震骨伤伤员抑郁状况调查分析与护理对策

目的 了解地震伤员的心理状态,给予有效的干预措施.方法 采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)对79例地震骨伤伤员进行问卷调查.结果 本组抑郁得分为(56.19±9.83),与国内常模(41.88±10.57)比较,差异有显著性统计学意义;本组不同性别、不同文化程度、截肢与未截肢以及Logistic多因素分析结果 显示,地震骨伤伤员抑郁程度的比较差异均无显著性统计学意义.结论 地震骨伤伤员抑郁程度高于国内常模,护理人员应采取各种措施协助伤员早日康复.

Investigation and nursing of depression status among fracture cases in earthquake

Objective To learn the mental status of fracture cases in earthquake and carry out effective intervention. Methods 79 fracture cases in earthquake were investigated with SDS. Results The total score of SDS was (56.19±9.83) in this study, which showed significantly higher than the norm(41.88±10.57). There were no differences among the gender, education , amputated extremity in terms of depression. Conclusions The level of depression in fracture cases is higher than the norm, nurses should carry out measurements to help them recover earlier.
