摘    要:目的:本实验旨在采用大鼠实验性牙移动建立一种模拟人类正畸性病的动物行为学模型,并观察吲哚美辛对其行为学改变的影响。方法:66只雄性SD大鼠随机分为四大组:即A组(正常对照组),B组(加力组)、Cl组(加力前24h给药组)和C2组(加力后24h给药组);每组根据不同加力时间又分为1-7天组,以大鼠24h的饮食量、饮水量和体重作为行为学指标对正畸性痛进行定量分析观察。结果:B组三项行为学指标在各时间点与A组相比均显著性降低(P<0.05);Cl组与B组相比,饮食量和饮水量均显著性增加(P<0.01,P<0.001);C2组与B组相比,只有饮水量在加力后48h显著增加(P<0.001),饮食量及体重均无显著性差异。结论:本实验首次建立的实验性牙移动动物行为学模型符合人类正畸性痛的临床特征;吲哚美辛对正畸性痛有较明显的预防作用。

Abstract:Objective: To simulate human orthodontical pain(OP), we established an experimental tooth movement(ETM) animal behavioral model(ABM) which is simple and comparatively safe, and observed the effects of indomethacin (Indo) on the ETM animals. Methods: 66 male rats were divided into four groups randomly: A(control group), B(ETM), C1 (pre -treatment of Indo) and C2(post -treatment of Indo); each group was divided into seven groups according to its lasting time. We used the intake of food and water, the gain of body weight in 24 hours as behavioral indexes and also analysed OP quantitatively. Results:Three indexes of B decreased more evidently than (P <0.05);C1 increased more evidently on the intake of food and water than B( P <0. 01, P <0. 001);C2 increased more evidently than B only on the intake of water after ETM 48 hours(P<0. 001) .Conclusion: Our experiment firstly established an ETM ABM which accords with the characteristics of human OP; Indo can prevent OP evidently.
