| 摘 要： | 目的 观察口服美卓乐联合沙丁胺醇用于中度支气管哮喘患者的疗效.方法 选择我院呼吸内科住院病人84例有支气管哮喘中度发作的患者,随机分为美卓乐组(n=42)和对照组(n=42):美卓乐组口服美卓乐4mg,每 6h1次,同时吸入布地奈德和沙丁胺醇.对照组只给予布地奈德和沙丁胺醇吸入,两组都治疗一周后观察一秒用力肺活量(FEV1)、FEV1改善率(%)、一秒呼气峰流量(PEF1)、PEF1改善率(%)同时观察两组患者的心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、哮鸣音.结果 两组患者性别、年龄、体质量、哮喘病史时间均无统计学差异(P＞0.05),美卓乐组在雾化后FEV1改善率(%)、PEF1改善率(%)较对照组明显低(P＜0.001),同时心率较对照组有明显改善(P＜0.05).结论 口服美卓乐联合沙丁胺醇用于中度支气管哮喘患者的疗效确切,不良反应少,安全可行.
