| 摘 要： | 目的分析70岁以上老年肺癌患者的手术适应证和围手术期处理,探讨提高治疗效果的方法。方法回顾性分析自2002年3月至2009年9月的105例老年肺癌手术患者的临床资料。结果 105例中无手术中死亡,手术切除率100%。术后并发症的出现率为30.5%,围手术期死亡率为2.9%,死亡的主要原因是呼吸衰竭和循环衰竭。结论 70岁以上的老年肺癌仍应积极手术治疗,严格的手术适应证选择和有效的围手术期管理对提高老年肺癌患者的手术疗效具有重要意义。
