护理本科生临床实习初期成就倾向与工作投入的相关性研究

目的]了解护理本科生临床实习初期成就倾向、工作投入程度的现状及两者关系。方法]采用工作投入量表和成就倾向个体差异问卷对处在临床实习初期的132名护理本科生进行调查。结果]护理本科生工作投入总评分为（73.24±11.34）分,成就倾向总评分为（-23.20±28.15）分；追求成功者占总人数的13.64%,避免失败者占总人数的59.09%；不同工作满意程度、留在临床护理岗位意愿的护理本科生工作投入的差异比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,对护理工作满意、愿意继续从事护理工作的护理本科生工作投入高；护理本科生追求成功动机与工作投入程度呈负相关（r=-0.310,P〈0.05）,避免失败动机与工作投入程度呈正相关（r=0.506, P〈0.01）,个体成就倾向与工作投入程度呈负相关（r=-0.487,P〈0.01）。结论]护理本科生临床实习初期的成就倾向和其工作投入程度相互影响,教育工作者应结合护生的特点开展实习指导工作。

Study on correlation between achievement motivation and work engagement of nursing undergraduates at the beginning of clinical practice

Obj ective：To understand the status quo of achievement moti-vation and work engagement of nursing undergraduates at the beginning of clinical practice and the correlation between them.Methods：A total of 132 nursing undergraduates were investigated by applying the work en-gagement scale and the individual difference’questionnaire on the a-chievement motivation at the beginning of clinical practice.Results：The overall score of work engagement of nursing undergraduates was （73.24± 11.34）.The overall score of achievement motivation was（-23.20±28.15）;Those who pursue success accounted for 13.64%;those who avoided fail-ure accounted for 59.09%.There was greatly statistical significance in work engagement among nursing undergraduates who have different de-gree in occupational satisfaction and different aspiration in clinical nurs-ing （P〈0.01）.The higher degree in occupational satisfaction the nurs-ing undergraduates who devote themselves to clinical nursing possess, the higher work engagement they possess.There was negative correlation between the motivation on pursuing success and the work engagement of nursing undergraduates（r=-0.310,P〈0.05）.There was positive cor-relation between the motivation on avoiding failure and work engagement （r=0.506,P〈0.01）.There was negative correlation between achieve-ment motivation and work engagement（r=-0.487,P〈0.01）.Conclu-sion：There is international effect on the achievement motivation and the work engagement of the nursing undergraduates at the beginning of clini-cal practice.Educators should carry out internship guidance in combina-tion with nursing undergraduates’characteristics.
