摘 要: | [目的]探讨归因训练对护生自主学习能力及一般自我效能感的影响。[方法]对某高校2013级53名护理本科生进行归因训练,训练前后采用护生自主学习能力测评量表和一般自我效能感量表进行测评。[结果]训练前后护生自我管理能力、信息能力、学习合作能力、自主学习能力总分、一般自我效能感得分比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。[结论]归因训练能增强护生的一般自我效能感,提高护生自主学习能力。

Abstract: | Obj ective:To probe into influence of attribution training on self learning ability and general efficacy of nursing students.Methods:A total of 53 nursing undergraduates in 2013 grade received attribution training, and they were evaluated by using self learning ability evaluation scale and general self efficacy scale before and after training.Results:There was statistically significant difference in self management ability,information a-bility,learning cooperation ability,self learning ability learning score and general self efficacy score of nursing students before and after training (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion:Attribution training can enhance the nurs-ing students’general self efficacy and improve the self learning ability of nursing students. |
