阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术安全性及可行性分析

目的：探究阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术的安全性以及可行性。方法54例阴式子宫肌瘤剔除手术患者设为观察组,52例腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术患者设为对照组。对患者手术时间,术中出血量,术后排气时间,术后住院天数进行统计分析。结果与对照组进行比较,观察组的手术时间短,术中出血量少,术后排气时间缩短,术后住院天数少（P＜0.05）。结论阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术是安全,可靠的。具有很大的临床推广价值。

Safety and feasibility analysis of transvaginal myomectomy LI Chun-xia. Henan Xinxiang City Maternity and Child Care Centers,Xinxiang 453000, China

Objective To explore the safety and feasibility analysis of transvaginal myomectomy. Methods A total of 54 patients, who underwent transvaginal myomectomy, were taken as observation group, and other 52 patients, who underwent transabdominal myomectomy, were taken as control group. Operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative exhaust time, and postoperative hospital stays were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding volume, and shorter postoperative exhaust time and hospital stays （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transvaginal myomectomy is a safe and reliable operation method, which has great value in clinical promotion.
