支持性照顾对妇科恶性肿瘤病人焦虑、抑郁的影响1）

目的]探讨支持性照顾对妇科恶性肿瘤病人焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法]将64例妇科恶性肿瘤伴焦虑、抑郁病人随机分为对照组和观察组各32例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予支持性照顾。于治疗前、治疗2周、治疗6周后采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行评估。结果]两组病人治疗前 SAS 及 SDS 评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），观察组治疗2周后与治疗6周后 SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05），观察组治疗6周后 SAS、SDS 评分明显低于治疗2周后（P〈0.05）。结论]支持性照顾能有效改善妇科恶性肿瘤病人焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高治疗效果和生活质量。

Influence of supportive care on anxiety and depression in patients with gynecologic mal ignancies

To probe into influence of supportive care on anxie-ty and depression in patients with gynecologic malignancies.Methods：A total of 64 patients with gynecologic malignancies in combination with anxiety and depression were randomly divided into control group and ob-servation group,32 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine care and patients in observation group received supportive care based on routine care.Self Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）and Self rating Depression Scale （SDS ） were used for evaluation respectively before treatment,2 weeks,6 weeks after treatment.Results：There was no sig-nificant difference in SAS and SDS scores between both groups before treatment （P〉0.05）;after 2 weeks and 6 weeks of treatment,the SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）;after 6 weeks of treatment,the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than that after 2 weeks of treatment in observation group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Supportive care can improve anxiety and depression in gynecological cancer patients and enhance their curative effect and quality of life.
