护理开放实验室实施情况的调查分析

摘    要:目的:调查了解护理学院课后实验室开放实施情况,解决问题,以更好地促进护生的学习。方法:采用自设问卷,对在校三年级护理本科生进行调查。结果:学生参与情况良好,实验室开放的实施措施仍有待加强和改善的方面。结论:通过完善实验室开放管理模式,提升护生实践能力,培养高素质护理人才。

Abstract:Objective: Through the investigation,to understand the implementation of nursing laboratory opening and solve the problems and to promote the nursing students' learning.Method: Self-designed questionnaire was used.The students in the third grade were investigated.Result: Students' participation is good.Quite a few implemental measures of laboratory opening need to be strengthened and improved.Conclusion: Through consummating the management of laboratory opening,our college has promoted nursing students' practical ability so as to train talented nurses with high quality.
