| 摘 要： | 目的：调查了解护理学院课后实验室开放实施情况,解决问题,以更好地促进护生的学习。方法：采用自设问卷,对在校三年级护理本科生进行调查。结果：学生参与情况良好,实验室开放的实施措施仍有待加强和改善的方面。结论：通过完善实验室开放管理模式,提升护生实践能力,培养高素质护理人才。

| Abstract: | Objective： Through the investigation,to understand the implementation of nursing laboratory opening and solve the problems and to promote the nursing students＇ learning.Method： Self-designed questionnaire was used.The students in the third grade were investigated.Result： Students＇ participation is good.Quite a few implemental measures of laboratory opening need to be strengthened and improved.Conclusion： Through consummating the management of laboratory opening,our college has promoted nursing students＇ practical ability so as to train talented nurses with high quality. |
