复合组织移植治疗股骨头缺血性坏死

目的：探讨应用复合组织移植治疗中晚期股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法：手术清除股骨头内的病骨，使股骨头呈空壳状，取带旋髂深动静脉血管束、带髂骨瓣、带骨膜及少量髂肌的多重组织移植入股骨头内。结果：用Ｊａｃｂｓ法对术前、术后进行疗效评价，术前平均４４分，术后平均８６．６７分，Ｘ线示修复率为８８．３％，已塌陷的股骨头均有不同程度的修复，再塑变光圆。结论：复合组织移植是治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的实用、简便、有效的新术式

Compound Tissue Transplantation for Ischemic Necrosis of Femoral Head

Objective:To observe the curative effect of compound tissue transplantation for ischemic necrosis of femoral head.Method:Remove the bad bone in the head of femur by operation,which makes the head of femur an empty shell in shape.Transplant iliac valve with internal deep iliac circumflex artery-vein blood vessel bundle,iliac periost and a little iliac muscle into the head of femur.Result:Comment on the treatment by Jacbs before and after the operation.Before the operation,it is 44 marks.After the operation,it is 86.67 marks.The reparative rate is 88.3%,the head of femur which has subsided has been repaired and made smooth and round.Conclusion:Compound tissue transplantation is a kind of practical,simple and effective operative way in treating ischemic necrosis of femoral head.
