氯沙坦对高血压患者生存质量影响的研究

目的　探讨与评价不同类型的抗高血压药物治疗对高血压患者生存质量的影响 ,为全面评价抗高血压药物提供依据。方法　采用随机 ,单盲 ,自身前后对照设计。1 2 0例高血压患者分为 A、B两组 (A组 :氯沙坦 50～ 1 0 0 mg/ d;B组 :氨氯地平 5～ 1 0 mg/ d,或倍他乐克 50～ 1 0 0 mg/ d) ,持续治疗 1 2周。应用 WHOQOL量表对 1 2 0例高血压患者进行同期横断面调查比较 ,分析不同治疗方案对 QOL的影响效果。结果　 (1 )治疗前、后两组血压下降的程度 ,降压有效率无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5) ;(2 )与治疗前比较 :两组 QOL均有不同程度改善 (P<0 .0 5) ;(3)两组治疗后比较 :A组 QOL改善程度明显高于 B组 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论　氯沙坦在降低血压的同时能显著改善高血压患者生存质量 :QOL测试有利于抗高血压治疗方案和治疗效果的综合评价

The efficacy of Losartan on the Quality of Life in Hypertensive Patients

Objectives To explore the antihypertensive effects of different drugs on the quality of life in hypertensive patients and provide reasonable evidence for evaluating the effectiveness of antihypertensive therapy in clinical practice.Methods Using an experimental design of single blind, randomization, Self before and after contrast, cross section and WHOQOL BERF, 120 patients with hypertension were exammed. All patients were divided into two groups:Grouop A assigned Losartan 50~100 mg/d for 12 weeks; Group B assigned Aminodipin 5~10 mg/d or Betaloc 25~50 mg/d. The relationship between the change of QOL and the effect of different antihypertsive drugs was evaluated. Result (1) Before and after treatment, the level of blood pressure reduction and the rate of efficiency were not significant between the two groups ( P>0 05) ;(2)QOL had improved in the two groups, in comparison with that before treatment( P<0 05) (3)QOL had been more significantly changed in group A than in gorup B after the treatment.( P<0 001) .Conclusion Losartan can significantly improved QOL in hypertensive Patients, besides the effect of antihypertension. The measurement of QOL was more useful to evaluate the antihypertensive effectiveness in clinical practice.
