选择性脊柱推拿疗法治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫的临床研究

观察选择性脊柱推拿疗法治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫的临床效果。方法：严格按照选择性脊柱推拿疗法的规范操作流程治疗符合诊断标准的痉挛型小儿脑瘫患者30例，隔日1次，每次40min，20次为1个疗程，共计3个疗程。使用统一的观察量表观察病人的肌痉挛程度、关节活动度和7项疗效评估情况，疗程结束后进行统计分析。结果：治疗后患儿肢体的肌痉挛程度和关节活动度明显改善，与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），7项疗效评估有效率86．7％．结论：选择性脊柱推拿疗法是有效治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫的新方法。
