细支气管肺泡癌29例手术治疗临床分析

目的分析探讨细支气管肺泡癌手术治疗的临床疗效。方法收集该院2000年—2006年期间收治的29例细支气管肺泡癌的临床病例,分析其临床特点、临床分型及手术治疗的疗效。结果单发结节型20例,多结节性9例。经术后病理检查确诊。21例行肺叶切除术,锲形切除术6例,2例全肺切除术。术后1、3、5年的生存率为88%、55%、42%。结论手术根治切除术是细支气管肺泡癌的首选治疗方法,且术后病例检查是确诊的金标准。

29 Cases : Clinical Analysis of Bronchioloalveolar Carcinoma Operation Treatment

Objective To analyze the bronchioloalveolar carcinoma operation treatment. Methods We collected in our hospital during the period 2000-2006 treated 29 cases of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma of the clinical case, and analysis of its clinical features, clinical typing and operation treatment. Results The solitary nodule in 20 cases, multiple nodules in 9 cases. The postoperative pathological examination confirmed. In 21 cases lobectomy, wedge resection in 6 cases, 2 cases of pneumonectomy. After 1, 3, 5 year survival rate was 88%, 55%, 42%. Conclusion Operation radical cystectomy is the bronchioloalveolar carcinoma of the preferred method of treatment, and postoperative case examination was diagnosed on the gold standard.
