甲醛甲酚糊剂根管充填的疗效观察

我们采用甲醛甲酚糊剂根管充填治疗牙髓病和根尖周病１０００个牙，使用常规器械顺利完成充填。适填、欠填、超填的有效率分别为９８．８％、９８．５％和９８．３％，统计学上无显著性差异。甲醛甲酚糊剂有较强的抗菌作用，充填后可缓慢释放甲醛而对不良管产生持续的消毒作用，对前牙、后牙、上牙、下牙、乳牙及恒牙均有良好效果。对根尖区组织有较好的相容性，超填后很少引起急性化学性根尖周围炎，但对急性尖周炎效果较差。充填后时间的长短对治愈率影响不大。

The Efficacy of Formol-cresol Paste to Fill Root Canals

One thousand teeth with pulpodotic and periapical disease were treated by the formol-cresol paste root canal filling applied with the routine instruments.The effective rate of adaptive,deficient and extrafilling were 98.8%, 98.5% and 98.3% respectively. There were no much differences in statistics. Formol-cresol paste, which had strong antibiotic effect could slowly release formaldehyde and protect the root canals from infection. As a result, the other teeth could be well protected. It also had better compatibility with the root apical area, and the acute chemical apical periodontitis seldom occured after apical periodontitis. The length of time after filling did not have much effect on cure rate.
