| 摘 要： | 笔者报道了１９９３年～１９９４年医大总医院、二院和三院的医院内获得性感染发生率。监测结果显示：总医院、二院及三院医院内获得性感染率分别为８．１８％（１９９３年）和９．８２％（１９９４年）、６．９０％（１９９３年）和５．８５％（１９９４年）、３．５４％（１９９３年）和３．７６％（１９９４年）。强化院内感染的管理，把院内感染控制到最低水平是医院管理的重要内容。

| Abstract: | The article reported the infection rate of haspital acquired infections on the three teaching hospitals of Tianjin Medical university in 1993 and 1994.The surveillance results showed that the incidence rates of the nosocomial infection in General Hospital,Second Hospital and Third Hospital were 8.18%(1993)and 9.82%(1994),6.90%(1993),3.54%(1993)and 3.76%(1994)respectively. |
