摘    要:目的探讨血红素氧合酶-1(Heme oxygennase-1,HO-1)在反复自然流产患者中的表达与作用机制。方法采用分光光度法测定30例RSA患者(未经任何治疗,因再次流产来我院清宫)和20例正常早孕要求终止妊娠的妇女血清的HO-1活性及血浆中的碳氧血红蛋白(HbCO)的百分含量,同时采取蜕膜做HO-1的免疫组化。结果RSA组HO-1活性及HbCO与对照组比较差异显著性(P〉0.05);血浆HbCO的百分含量的变化与血清HO-1的活性变化呈正相关,相关系数为0.886。蜕膜中,RSA患者胎盘中的蛋白质表达降低,与对照组有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论RSA患者血清HO-1活性及在蜕膜中表达的变化与病情发展有关,故对其的检测可能作为检测和治疗RSA的指标之一。

Abstract:Objective : To explore the expression and pathogenic mechanism of heme oxygenase - 1 in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA). Methods: The levels of HO - 1 activity in serum and HbCO in plasma were determined in 30 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (patients with RSA who never received any treatment before abort again). The data were compared with the control group. Both HO - 1 and HbCO were measured by spectrophotometry. Decidua tissues were pathologicallyobserved, immunohistochemically stained, respectively. Results : The levels of HO - 1 activity and HbCO in patients with RSA were lower than those in the normal early pregnant group. There were significantly statistical difference between two groups ( P 〈 0. 05). There was a positive correlation between the HO - 1 and HbCO in the patients with RSA ( r = 0. 886). The expression of HO - 1 protein was also decreased significantly in the patients with RSA. Conlusions : The changes of HO - 1 activity in serum and its expression in the decidua were related to the occurrence and development of the RSA.
