| 摘 要： | 磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3是硫酸乙酰肝素糖蛋白家族中的一员,它参与调控细胞增殖、分化、黏附和迁移等过程。研究表明,它在肝癌组织中特异性高表达,与肝癌的发生相关,且在肝癌的诊断方面具有较高的敏感性,有望成为肝癌诊断新的肿瘤标志物。现就磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3的结构特点、与肝癌发生及其在肝癌临床诊断和治疗中的作用做一综述。

| Abstract: | As one of the members of heparan sulfate proteoglycans,Glypican-3 (GPC3) participates in the process of cell proliferation,differentiation,adhesion and migration.It was demonstrated to be associated with carcinogenesis with high special expression in liver tumors,which has been tried for a new tumor marker in diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinogenesis with high sensitivity.Here we reviewed the structure features of the glypican-3,its role in tumor occurrence and its clinical value in diagnosis and therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma. |
