| 摘 要： | 目的观察火针疗法治疗扁平疣的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将88例扁平疣患者随机分为治疗组32例,对照组27例和联合组29例。治疗组采用火针治疗,对照组采用维A酸治疗,联合组采用火针配合维A酸治疗,治疗4星期后比较疗效。结果治疗组和联合组临床疗效及起效时间与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗组色素沉着发生率与对照组和联合组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论火针配合维A酸是治疗扁平疣一种有效方法,且不良反应较小。
