头针快速捻转治疗颈性眩晕疗效观察

目的观察采用相同穴位不同手法对颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将74例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组37例。治疗组针刺采用施快速捻转手法,对照组针刺不使用手法,分别观察治疗前、第一次治疗后和疗程结束后的视觉模拟评分和中山医科大学附属医院采用的眩晕评分量表变化。结果治疗组第一次治疗后和疗程结束后的眩晕评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速捻转手法可以增加刺激量,使眩晕症状得以迅速改善。
