| 摘 要： | 目的观察益气活血方联合西医常规疗法治疗心血瘀阻型房颤的临床疗效及其对纤溶相关指标的影响。方法将非瓣膜型房颤患者66例随机分为对照组（30例）和干预组（36例）。对照组采用西医常规疗法治疗,干预组在西医常规治疗的基础上加服益气活血方,疗程均为14天。观察治疗前后证候积分及纤溶相关指标血组织型纤溶酶原激活物（t-PA）、血纤溶酶原激活物特异性抑制物（PAI-1）的变化情况,并评价疗效。结果治疗后两组中医证候疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组治疗后PAI-1、t-PA均较治疗前差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;治疗组PAI-1治疗前后差值与对照组比较,差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论益气活血方联合西医常规疗法能有效改善心血瘀阻型房颤患者症状,降低血浆PAI水平,纠正低纤溶状态。
