| 摘 要： | 目的观察穴位注射配合灸法治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法采用穴位注射配合冠心灸治疗稳定性心绞痛患者120例,穴位注射取心俞、足三里、丰隆穴,灸法治疗取膻中、至阳穴。结果 120例患者治疗后心绞痛症状及硝酸甘油减停率评定,总有效率为98.3%;治疗后心电图疗效评定,总有效率为97.5%。结论穴位注射配合灸法是治疗稳定型心绞痛一种有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the combining effect of hydro-injection and moxibustion in treating stable angina.Methods A sample of 120 patients with stable angina were treated by using combined hydro-injection and moxibustion,and the acupoints selected for hydro-injection were Xinshu(BL 15),Zusanli(ST 36),Fenglong(ST 40),while Danzhong(CV 17) and Zhiyang(GV 9) were chosen for moxibustion.Result The total effective rate turned out to be 98.4% by evaluating the angina related symptoms and withdrawal and reduction rate... |
