血必净注射液结合西医常规疗法治疗老年重症肺炎疗效观察

目的观察血必净注射液结合西医常规疗法治疗老年重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法将68例老年重症肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组（各34例）,两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用血必净注射液静脉滴注,疗程7天。结果治疗组总有效率为88.2%,对照组为73.5%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后白细胞计数、C反-应蛋白、临床肺部感染评分均有明显改善（P〈0.05）,且治疗组的改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论血必净注射液结合西医常规疗法治疗老年重症肺炎具有良好的临床疗效。

Clinical observation of Xuebijing Injection and routine western medicine in treating senile severe pneumonia
