| 摘 要： | 目的评估四川省碘缺乏病防治效果。方法抽查21个市、州实现消除碘缺乏病的县级考评结果,对抽查对象进行核查资料结合现场考评情况进行综合评分;现场考评采用分层整群抽样对学生的甲状腺、尿碘,居民户的盐碘等技术指标以及学生和家庭主妇的健康教育和网络建设等进行考查。结果全省共抽查21个县,各抽查县的管理指标综合评分结果均在90分以上,B超法甲状腺校正肿大率2.28%,合格碘盐食用率96.8%,碘盐覆盖率99.51%,尿碘中位数270.4μg/L,<50μg/L的样品占1.66%。结论抽查的21个县(市、区)都达到了县级实现消除碘缺乏病考评标准。
