特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血清TPO水平变化及生血灵的干预作用

摘    要:目的探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者血清TPO水平变化及中药复方生血灵的干预作用。方法检测34例ITP患者血清TPO水平,并以20例健康体检者为对照;对ITP患者予生血灵治疗,观察治疗前后血清TPO水平、外周血小板、骨髓巨核细胞的变化情况。结果患者组血清TPO水平与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。患者组治疗后,血清TPO水平、PLT、骨髓巨核细胞计数均明显升高(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血清TPO水平无异常变化;生血灵复方具有促进特异性造血调控因子TPO分泌,促进巨核细胞增殖、分化和血小板产生的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the level of serum thrombopoietin(TPO) in idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) and investigate its influence by Sheng Xue Ling.
