| 摘 要： | 目的观察活血生肌方熏蒸治疗气虚血瘀型臁疮的临床疗效。方法将70例气虚血瘀型臁疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组（各35例）;对照组予局部疮面常规换药治疗,治疗组在此基础上局部疮面给予活血生肌中药熏蒸。两组均连续治疗6周,评价临床疗效。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为77.14%、42.86%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论中药熏蒸能改善气虚血瘀型臁疮患者下肢瘀血状态,促进溃疡愈合。
