| 摘 要： | 目的观察互动式头针治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫的疗效。方法将34例痉挛型小儿脑瘫患者按照年龄、瘫患部位和粗大运动功能分级系统（GMFCS）进行配对,治疗组采用互动式头针治疗,对照组采用头针加运动疗法治疗,治疗3个月后用粗大运动功能评定量表（GMFM-88）进行疗效比较。结果对治疗组和对照组治疗后GMFM总百分比进行组间比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组在反映走、跑、跳能力的能区（E区）百分比分值高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论头针与运动疗法结合可以改善痉挛型小儿脑瘫患者的运动功能,互动式头针在改善患者行走能力方面较常规头针加运动疗法有更好的疗效。
