养胃舒胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

目的观察养胃舒胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 75例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组（40例）和对照组（35例）,分别给予养胃舒胶囊和叶酸片治疗,疗程5个月。结果治疗组的总有效率为87.50%,对照组为57.14%（P〈0.01）;两组各主要症状疗效无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;治疗组胃黏膜萎缩和肠化生的总有效率分别为77.78%和71.43%,对照组分别为52.17%和47.37%,治疗组胃黏膜萎缩及肠化生的总有效率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论养胃舒胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切。

Clinical observation of Yangweishu Capsule in treating chronic atrophic gastritis
