| 摘 要： | 目的观察小针刀为主治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的疗效。方法将286例第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分为治疗组148例和对照组138例。治疗组采用小针刀分解治疗，辅以局部神经阻滞和腰背肌功能锻炼：对照组采用针刺配合推拿及腰背肌功能锻炼治疗。两组患者治疗前后均采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）法评定疼痛程度，并测量腰屈曲活动度。结果两组患者VAS评分及腰屈曲活动度与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后VAS评分及腰屈曲活动度与对照组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。两组患者随访6～24个月，治疗组VAS评分与腰屈曲活动度均优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论小针刀为主治疗第三腰椎横突综合征可明显改善患者疼痛及腰屈曲活动度，且远期疗效稳定。
