| 摘 要： | 目的观察循经远取动法治疗中风后1期肩手综合征（SHS）的临床效果。方法将60例脑卒中后SHS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例，治疗组采用循经远取动法，对照组采用传统肩三针治疗，两组治疗后进行疗效评定和VAS及FMA评估。结果治疗组总有效率为96．7％，对照组总有效率为90．0％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后VAS及FMA评分与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论循经远取动法治疗中风后1期肩手综合征疗效优于肩三针治疗。
