针药并用治疗输卵管积水疗效观察

目的观察电针配合中药治疗输卵管积水的临床疗效。方法将符合条件的114例患者随机分成三组,电针配合中药熏蒸组（治疗组）38例,电针组（对照1组）38例,中药熏蒸组（对照2组）38例,三组除采用以上不同外治法外,均口服中药治疗。外治10次为1个疗程,共治疗1～3个疗程,每个疗程结束后均在月经干净后B超了解输卵管积水大小,积水未消失者进入下一个疗程治疗。结果治疗组疗效与对照1组、对照2组分别比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;对照1组疗效与对照2组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论针药并用治疗输卵管积水效果明显。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Hydrosalpinx with Acupuncture plus Medication
