句橼酸舒芬太尼与七氟醚用于成人脊柱内固定术中的唤醒试验

摘    要:目的:评价N-{4-甲氧甲基-1-2-(2-噻吩基)乙基14-哌啶基}-N-苯基丙酰胺(枸橼酸舒芬太尼)与氟甲基-1,1,1,3,3,3-六氟异丙基醚(七氟醚)用于成人脊柱内固定术中唤醒试验的可行性。方法:将40例择期脊柱内固定术患者随机分为两组:(A组)枸橼酸舒芬太尼复合七氟醚麻醉组20例;(B组)2,6-二异丙基苯酚(丙泊酚注射液)+N-1-(2-苯乙基)4-哌啶基-N-苯基-丙酰胺枸橼酸盐(枸橼酸芬太尼)+1-氯-2,2,2,-三氟乙基二氟甲基醚(异氟醚)麻醉组20例。分别按预先设计的不同全麻诱导和麻醉维持方案进行麻醉;术中分别观察记录两组患者麻醉诱导前(T0)、唤醒开始时(T1)、患者对唤醒有反应时(,T2)、唤醒试验后加深麻醉时(r11曲、手术结束拔管时(T4)的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、经皮脉搏氧饱和度(SpO2)、呼吸频率(RR),并观察比较两组的唤醒时间(T5)、术后拔管时间(R)、术后苏醒时间(B)及唤醒躁动例数、术后对术中唤醒有无不良记忆并统计术中知晓例数。结果:术中维持相同的循环指标,A组唤醒时间要短于B组,A组唤醒质量要优于B组。术后无不良反应,对术中也无知晓。结论:枸橼酸舒芬太尼复合七氟醚用于成人脊柱内固定术中的唤醒试验评价脊髓功能,安全可行。

Sufentanil and Sevoflurane for adult spinal fixation of the wake-up test

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the Sufentanil and Sevoflurane for adult spinal fixation of the wake-up test results. Methods: 40 patients undergoing spine surgery were randomly divided into two groups: (A group) composite sufentanil sevoflurane group, 20 cases; (B group) Propofol + fentanyl + Isoflurane anesthesia group, 20 cases. Were designed according to different pre-anesthesia and anesthesia induction program for the maintenance of anesthesia; surgery were observed in mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), wake-up time (T1), extubation time (T2), postoperative recovery time (T3) and post-operative wake-up during any of the bad memory.Results: To maintain the cycle of the same indicators, A group wake-up time shorter than the B group, A group wake-up call quality was superior to B group. Conclusion: Sufentanil sevoflurane for complex adult spinal fixation of the wake-up test feasible and the results are very good.
