| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同的灌洗压力对经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术中患者心率、血压的影响。方法:对术中TURP患者采用不同的灌洗压力,监测患者20min内心率、血压的波动情况。结果:在两种灌洗高度下,术野清晰度差异无显著性,但患者的心率、血压的波动差异有显著性。结论:40cm灌洗高度时,患者的心率、血压的波动明显小于60cm灌洗高度,具有一定的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effects of pressure of irrigating fluid on heart rate(HR) and blood pressure(BP) during transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods: Different pressure of irrigating fluid was introduced to TURP patients and the fluctuations of HR and BP during 20 minutes were recorded.Results: No significant difference was found between the two heights of irrigating fluid in operative view clarity,while there was significant difference in fluctuation of HR and BP.Conclusion: When the height of irrigating fluid is 40cm,fluctuation of HR and BP is significantly lower than that is when the height of irrigating fluid is 60 cm,and HR and BP are comparatively stable. |
