| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究射频温控热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的穿刺方法、疗效、复发率、并发症。方法 :采用 Hartel前入路穿刺法 ,射频温控热凝术治疗三叉神经痛 15 19例。结果 :总有效率 94.8% ,复发率 2 4.1%。结论 :射频温控热凝术治疗三叉神经痛是安全、简便、有效、适应证广的方法

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to study the puncture method, effect, relapse rate and complication in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with radiofrequency thermocoagnlation. Methods: One thousand five hundred and nineteen patients with trigeminal neuralgia were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation by Hartel former income road puncture law. Results: The total effective rate was 94.8%. The relapse rate was 24.1%. Conclusion: Radiofrequency thermocoagulation for treatment of tringeminal neuralgia is a safety, simple, convenient and wide indication method. |
