| 摘 要： | 目的探讨加热辅助持续被动运动 (ContinuousPassivemotion ,CPM)用于改善膝关节活动度的康复效果。方法将需用CPM治疗的 6 4例膝关节活动障碍的患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组采用先预热关节部位 ,然后进行CPM治疗 ;而对照组则采用单纯的CPM治疗 ,比较加热辅助CPM治疗与单纯CPM治疗膝关节活动度改善的差异。结果采用加热辅助CPM治疗膝关节活动度的改善明显优于单纯的CPM治疗。两组间疗效差异有显著意义(P <0 .0 1)。结论采用加热辅助CPM治疗能明显改善膝关节活动度 ,可广泛应用于骨科病人的临床康复 ,提高康复效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Continuous Passive motion (CPM ) with heat therapy to improve the motion range of knee joint after operation. Methods 64 cases patients with disabilities of the knee joint were divided into 2 groups randomly, the CPM with heat therapy group as experimental group and the CPM only group as the control. the difference of the improvement between them was compared. Results The group treated by the CPM with heat therapy got a much better result compared with control group, the difference between the two group was significant different. ( P <0.01). Conclusion The way of CPM with heat therapy can improve the motion range of the knee joint obviously. It can be applied in orthopaedic clinical practice widely to improve the effect of rehabilitation. |
