迷走神经刺激对戊四氮致痫大鼠行为及脑电图的影响

摘    要:为探讨迷走神经刺激(VNS)的抗癫痫作用,观察了VNS对正常大鼠和戊四氮(PTZ)致痫大鼠行为和脑电图的影响,结果发现,VNS可明显延长致痫大鼠癫痫发作和痫波释放的潜伏期(P<0.05),减轻癫痫发作的严重程度(P<0.01),并能抑制皮层及海马癫痫波的释放(P<0.01),而对正常大鼠脑电图无影响。结果提示VNS可明显抑制PTZ诱导的大鼠癫痫。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of vagus nerve stimulation (VNS)in epilepsy, the influences of VNS on the behavior and electroencephalography(EEG) of the normal rats and pentylenetetrazol (PTZ) induced seizure rats were observed The results showed that VNS could obviously prolonged the latency of epileptic attacks and epileptic wave discharge ( P <0 05), reduced the intensity of the seizure ( P <0 01), inhibited epileptic wave discharge( P <0 01) Howerer, VNS had no effect on the EEG of the normal rats The results indicated that VNS can significantly inhibit the PTZ induced seizures of rats
