重庆市儿童艾滋病流行现状调查和防治策略

摘    要:[目的]了解儿童艾滋病的流行情况和特点,为制定儿童艾滋病的防治策略提供依据。[方法]对重庆市儿童艾滋病的流行病学资料用Excel进行分析。[结果]重庆市报告儿童艾滋病病毒感染者和病人28例,0~7岁年龄组10例,占35.7%,均是通过母婴传播感染的,15-17岁18例,占64.3%,其中15例经吸毒传播,3例经性传播,儿童艾滋病病例呈逐年上升的趋势。[结论]应尽快加强对重点人群的监测和产前门诊的检测,实施母婴阻断,加强对在校学生的宣传教育,切实落实“四免一关怀”等政策,提高艾滋病儿童的生存质量。

Abstract:[Objectvie]To understand the status quo and characteristics of AIDS epidemic among children,and provide evidence for developing strategy for AIDS children control and treatment.[Methods]The epidemiological data of AIDS children reported were analyzed by Excel software.[Results]A total of 28 cases of AIDS children were reported in Chongqing. 10 cases of AIDS children aged from 0 to 7 years old,which accounted for 35.7% and all of them were infected through mother-to-infant transmission. Another 18 cases of AIDS children aged from 15 to 17 years old,which accounted for 64.3%. 15 cases of them were infected through IDU and 3 cases were infected through sexual transmission.[Conclusions]The cases of AIDS children are increasing rapidly. In order to stop AIDS transmission and spread,as well as improve the quality of life of AIDS children,it is urgent to strengthen HIV surveillance and detection of high risk population and patients in antenatal clinic,conduct the program of blocking mother-to-infant transmission,enhance health education on HIV/AIDS in school,implement the policy of"four free and one care"and so on.
