舌下腺囊肿76例临床分析

目的探讨不同类型舌下腺囊肿的手术治疗方法及临床效果。方法对76例舌下腺囊肿患者的临床类型、手术方法、并发症与病理等临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 76例舌下腺囊肿中单纯型者62例,口外形者10例,混合型者4例。手术治疗成功率为98.6%,复发率为1.3%,并发症发生率为3.9%,所有腺组织和囊壁均有慢性炎症表现。结论手术是治疗舌下腺囊肿的有效方法。

Clinical treatment and analysis of 76 cases of sublingual gland cyst

Objective To explore the different treatment approaches to sublingual gland cyst and their clinical effects.Methods Seventy-six cases of sublingual gland cyst were retrospectively analyzed.Results Out of the 76 cases,simple cyst accounted for 62,extra-oral cyst for 10,and hybrid cyst for 4.Surgical treatment success rate was 98.6%,relapse rate was 1.3%,and complication rate was 3.9%.Chronic inflammation was found in all the gland tissue and cyst walls.Conclusion Surgical operation is an effective treatment way to sublingual gland cyst.
