| 摘 要： | 目的]观察扶正抗癌方对大肠癌肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响及其与生存质量的关系。方法]对已确诊的大肠癌40例随机分为治疗组20例,对照组20例。其中治疗组采用扶正抗癌方联合化疗,于化疗间歇期服用,观察周期为6周。化疗方案为mFOLFOX,化疗进行2个周期,共6周。对照组单纯化疗,其化疗方案,具体药物及用量用法同治疗组。结果]扶正抗癌方能够改善大肠癌患者的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能,有利于机体的康复,患者的生活质量明显得到改善。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the influence of Fuzheng Kang'ai Formula on large intestine cancer patients immune and life quality.Method] 40 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(1)20 cases and control group(2)20.Group 1 takes the said formula combined with chemo-therapy,i.e.mFOLFOX for 2 courses;the group 2 only chemo-therapy.Result] The said formula can improve patients cell immune function,helpful to organic recovery;their life quality is raised obviously. |
