| Abstract: | We present the case of a 62-year-old woman with levofloxacin-induced Torsade de Pointes, in whom microvolt T-wave alternans was measured during acute hospitalization and when QT interval was dynamically changing, illustrating a means for monitoring proarrhythmia. |
