| 摘 要： | 目的观察中医护理联合早期康复护理对老年股骨颈骨折患者的影响。方法选择60例老年股骨颈骨折患者，分为对照组与观察组各30例，对照组常规护理，研究组采用中医联合早期康复护理，比较两组患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月Harris髋关节评分及满意度。结果两组患者1个月、3个月Harris髋关节评分对比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），6个月Harris髋关节评分对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。对照组满意度为60．00％，观察组满意度为93.33％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论中医护理联合早期康复护理对老年股骨颈骨折患者康复效果较好，值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of the TCM nursing combined early rehabilitation on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods： 60 cases with femoral neck fracture,from February,2009 to August,2012, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing while observation group was given TCM nursing and early rehabilitation. The Harris hip score and the satisfaction survey in 2 groups were compared in the lst,3th and 6th months. Results： There were some statistical differences in Harris hip score between the two groups in 1st and 3th months （P〈0.05）. However,there was no obvious difference between 2 groups in 6th month （P〉0.05）. The satisfaction rate of 60.00% in the control group was remarkably lower than 93.33% in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conchlsion： TCM nursing combined early rehabilitation on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture is effective. |
