腹腔镜与开腹胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术临床疗效对比分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜修补术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔的疗效。方法收集本院2009年2月~2013年9月行胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术60例患者的临床资料，按手术方式分为腹腔镜组和开腹组各30例，比较两种术式的临床疗效。结果两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；腹腔镜组术中出血量、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、镇痛剂的使用、住院时间及并发症的发生率均显著优于开腹组（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜修补术治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔具有操作简便、腹腔干扰小、术后痛苦小、恢复快及并发症少等优势，是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Clinical comparative analyse between laparoscopic and open repair of perforated gastroduodenal ulcer

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and open repair for patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation. Methods 60 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation from February 2009 to September 2013 were divided into laparoscopic group and open group,with each group was 30 cases, compare the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results The total operation repair time of two groups was no significantly;the intraoperative blood loss, the stomach intestine functional recovery time, postoperative hospital stay,utilization rate of analgesic and incidence rate of postoperative complication of laparoscopic group were all significantly lower than open group. Conclusion The laparoscopic repair of patients with gastroduodenal ulcer perforation is small trauma,quicker recovery and less complication, is safe and worthy of clinical application.
