妊娠相关蛋白-A与高血压病患者血压水平的关系

目的探讨妊娠相关蛋白-A(PAPP-A)与高血压病患者血压水平之间的关系。方法纳入原发性高血压病患者80例(其中1、2和3级患者分别为15例、32例和33例)和15名健康对照者,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验检测血浆PAPP-A的水平。结果各级高血压病组PAPP-A水平与健康对照组比较明显升高(均P<0.05)。高血压病2级组PAPP-A水平(11.6±3.1)mU/L明显高于高血压病1级组(9.3±2.2)mU/L(P<0.05);高血压病3级组PAPP-A水平(13.4±3.3)mU/L明显高于高血压病1级组(P<0.01)和2级组(P<0.05)。高血压病患者血浆PAPP-A水平与血压级别呈正相关(r=0.4378,P<0.05)。结论高血压病患者随着血压水平的升高,PAPP-A表达显著升高,血浆PAPP-A水平可以作为预测高血压病危险程度的指标之一。

Relationship between pregnancy associated plasma protein A and blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension

Objective To explore the relationship between pregnancy associated plasma protein-A（PAPP-A） and the level of blood pressure in essential hypertension patients.Methods Eighty patients with essential hypertension and 15 healthy subjects were enrolled,included 15 cases with grade 1,32 cases with grade 2 and 33 cases with grade 3.The serum level of PAPP-A was detected with double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）.Results The level of PAPP-A in hypertension group was significantly higher than that in control group （all P0.05）.Compared with grade 1 group（9.3±2.2） mU/L,the concentration of PAPP-A in grade 2 group was markedly increased（11.6±3.1） mU/L（P0.05）,and the level of PAPP-A in grade 3 group（13.4±3.3） mU/L was significantly higher than that in grade 1 and 2 groups（P0.05,P0.01）.The level of PAPP-A had positive correlation with the severity of hypertension（r = 0.4378,P0.05）.Conclusion The level of PAPP-A may act as one of the factors to predict the degree of risk in patients with essential hypertension.
