酸牛奶鼻饲预防神经外科重症患者腹泻

目的 探讨鼻饲酸牛奶预防神经外科重症患者腹泻的效果.方法 将72例神经外科重症患者按入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,观察组行常规肠内营养加新鲜酸牛奶鼻饲,对照组行常规肠内营养.结果 观察组发生腹泻5例(13.9%),对照组为14例(38.9%),两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05);且观察组腹泻持续时间和每日腹泻次数均低于对照组(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).结论 鼻饲新鲜酸牛奶可预防和减少神经外科重症患者腹泻的发生率.

Prevention of Diarrhea in Severe Neurosurgical Patients by Administration of Clabber Through Nasogastric Feeding Tube

Objective To investigate the effect of clabber given via nasogastric feeding tube on preventing diarrhea in severe neurosurgical patients. Methods Seventy-two severe neurosurgical patients were divided into an observation group (n=36) and a control group (n=36) at random. The patients in the observation group were given routine enteral nutrition plus fresh clabber given via nasogastric feeding tube and routine enteral nutrition was given to the control group via nasogastric feeding tube. Results Five cases developed diarrhea (13.9%) in the observation group, while 14 cases developed diarrhea (38.9%) in the control group. There was a significant difference in the diarrhea incidence between the two groups (P<0.05). Moreover, the duration and times of diarrhea were significantly less as compared with those of the control group (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Giving fresh clabber via nasogastric feeding tube can prevent and reduce diarrhea in serve neurosurgical patients.
