摘    要:教学质量监控体系是教学管理的组成部分,是提高教学质量的重要手段。我院经过多年探索实践,建立了适合我院院情的三级监控管理体系,并制定了相应的评估、处理办法,逐步形成了具有我院特色的监管模式,对规范教学管理、提高教师的教学质量起到了积极的推动作用。

Abstract:Teaching quality monitoring system is both an integral part of teaching management and an important means of improving the quality of teaching.After years of exploration and practice,our hospital has established a three-level monitoring and management system suitable to the actuality of the hospital,and developed corresponding methods to evaluate and handle problems.We gradually formed a regulatory model with our own characteristics,which has promoted standardization of teaching management and improvement of the teaching quality in our hospital.
