| 摘 要： | 目的评价KTP激光联合甲硝唑滴眼液灌注治疗婴幼儿泪道阻塞合并慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法采用国产KTP（532nm）泪道激光仪对泪道阻塞患儿41例42眼（6月～8岁）进行汽化疏通，联合自制1％甲硝唑滴眼液灌注治疗。结果泪道阻塞患儿42眼中治愈40眼，占95．24％；好转2眼，占4．76％。结论KTP泪道激光联合自制1％甲硝唑滴眼液灌注治疗婴幼儿泪道阻塞合并慢性泪囊炎的疗程短，安全性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of KTP laser on infant and younger's lacrimal duct obstruction by chronic dacryocystitis and combining 1% metronidazole eyedrops.Methods 41 cases(42 eyes)of lacrimal duct obstruction were treated by KTP laser(532 nm),and combining 1% metronidazole eyedrops.Results 40 eyes were cured(95.24%),2 eyes were getting better(4.76%).Conclusion KTP laser lacrimal duct obstruction and combining 1% metronidazole eyedrops are safe and effective treatment for infant and younger. |
