摘    要:目的研究半枝莲(Scutellaria barbaraD.Don)的化学成分。方法从半枝莲全草的乙醇提取液中分离得到9个化合物。利用理化性质和波谱学分析,鉴定它们的化学结构。结果分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别是6-羟基香豆素(1)、香草酸(2)、异香草酸(3)、4'-羟基汉黄芩素(4)、6-甲氧基柚皮素(5)、芹菜素(6)、柚皮素(7)、木犀草素(8)、异红花素(9)。结论化合物1为首次从该属植物中分得的已知化合物,化合物2、3为首次从该植物中分得的已知化合物。

Abstract:Aim To investigate the chemical constituents of Scutellaria barbata D. Don. Methods Nine compounds were separated from the whole plant and their structures were identified by the spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified as 6-hydroxycoumarin (1), vanillic acid (2), isovanillic acid,(3) 4’-hydroxywogonin (4), 6-methoxynaringenin (5), apigenin (6), naringenin (7), luteolin (8), isocarthamidin (9). Conclusions Compound 1 was isolated from Scutellaria for the first time, while compound 2 and 3 were isolated from Scutellaria barbata D. Don for the first time.
