激光防护镜光密度测量方法及其不确定度评定

摘    要:介绍了常规法、拓展法和替代法等3种激光防护镜光密度测试方法,对其进行了合成不确定度评定。常规法适宜测量小于3的光密度;拓展法适用于测量大于等于3的光密度;替代法测量较大范围内的光密度值,它具有测量过程相对简便和不确定度较小的优点,其前提是选择合适衰减比的衰减片及合适灵敏度的仪器。

Abstract:Three measurement methods on the optical density(OD) of laser safety glasses are presented,namely regular method,scale expansion method and substitution method,the measurement uncertainties of which are analyzed and evaluated respectively.The regular method is preferable when OD〈3,and shall be substituted with the scale expansion method when OD≥3.The substitution method can be used to measure a large scale of OD,if only the standard attenuator is property selected and the detector is sensitive enough.It has many advantages including relatively simple procedure and less uncertainty.
